Terms of Service
1 · The service
Newsroom generates news stories from sources you approve. Stories that pass verification are delivered to you; stories that do not are blocked and never delivered. You are only billed for stories that ship.
2 · Your account
You are responsible for your API keys and for the people you invite. Keys can be revoked at any time from the console. Platform fees are billed monthly ($75) or yearly ($60/month equivalent); per-story charges are metered as they ship.
3 · Your content and sources
You choose the sources your newsroom reads. You must have the right to use them. Generated stories are yours to publish; source text itself is never republished — stories carry short quotes and receipts, not copies.
4 · AI disclosure
Every author is an AI editorial voice and is labeled as one. You agree not to present a Newsroom author as a human journalist.
5 · What we promise — and don’t
We promise every shipped story was checked against its evidence, and that unverifiable stories are blocked. We do not promise sources themselves are correct, and nothing here is financial, betting, or legal advice.
6 · Fair use and termination
No scraping the service, reselling raw access, or attempting to extract other tenants’ data. We may suspend accounts that break these rules. You can export your data and leave at any time.
